After seeing all these music festival pictures on my social media feed, I couldn’t stop dreaming about the three F’s: fringe, floral and fuchsia. Fringe for my favorite bag of the summer, floral for my newest printed flowy dress and fuchsia for the store of the moment: HR2

Holt Renfrew is a chain of high-end Canadian department stores specializing in an array of luxury brands and designers. It’s often compared to Saks Fifth Avenue in the United States. Holt’s decided to open up a new sister store; HR2

A new trendy and young store, who showcases all the luxury brands that we adore: Michael Kors, Zac Pozen, 7 for all mankind, Rebecca Minkoff, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Vince Camuto. Alice+Olivia, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, etc. And a lot more!

As young professionals (Yuppies) we all want La crème de la crème in fashion, but we still don’t want to be pinching pennies in our Vuitton. HR2 has a unique product selection at great value!

If you don’t know Holt Renfrew, mind you, it’s luxurious shopping with a fully personalized experience, complimentary suit alterations, valet service for your Bentley, shoe shine oh and oh my, a doorman. We haven’t even talked about Renfrew’s collection yet! The store is packed with apparel, shoe and accessories collection by the leading brand names like – Valextra, Bottega Veneta and Gucci.

On the other hand, the little sister store HR2 has so many high end and affordable designers clothing and accessories it would make Bergdof’s blush! They even have their own private label.

The Pre-Fall collection is already being sold and truth be told, summer is ending soon and fall is swinging back again. The summer escapes, what to be wearing at the pool and even office attire to stay cool behind your desk.

One of the most important things about designer stores like Holt Renfrew is the inside design. How it’s portrayed and the exotic viewpoint of a pleasurable experience. That’s why the interior designer, Janson Goldstein, designed the store by New York based architecture. The duo resulted in a welcoming modern setting with a distinct exotic edge. Carefully selected modern and vintage furniture pieces make a beautiful blend into a backdrop of sleek surfaces, shiny mirrors, and reflective finishes. One of the most notable thing about them is the creative window displays with certain themes and mannequin positions and props, each window shows a certain emotion that just plainly attracts!

Bravo to Bruce Mau who designed the identity of the two new stores located in Brossard (Montréal) and Vaughan Mills (Toronto).

HR2 is more colorful and has a more modern approach to shopping; we see it, we like it, we buy it! Don’t think twice, because at this price, it will be gone tomorrow.

Every piece of clothing, accessories and shoes are available at HR2 Dix3o

Thank you to JED Lab Media and to our models, Ambra Del Busso, Sara Brokerie

A special thanks to Sasha King Kabu, stylist and art director for hr2 Dix30

hr2 operates as a division of Holt Renfrew, with a new and unique designer product selection sourced specially for its stores, hr2 is a shopping experience for fashion lovers like no other in Canada today.
